Quick Tips for a Smooth Tech Request
Before you send over a work request, please give your computer a quick restart. Often, a simple reboot is all it takes to get things back on track! If the issue persists after the restart, we’re happy to step in and help.
To help us get to your request as quickly as possible, please keep these details in mind:

Check your IRM number: Our system relies on that IRM number to route your request correctly. If the number is missing or incorrect, we’ll need to ask you to resubmit the request with the correct info.

Phone issues: If you’re reporting a phone problem, simply use your phone extension as the IRM number.

One at a time: To help us stay organized, please submit one request per IRM number.
